We would recommend using Sadolin, Sikkens, or Osmo as per the manufacturers instructions to finish these doors. Iroko is a durable timber so it can be left to weather, which will give it a silver-grey appearance, although before leaving it to weather we would recommend oiling them (Danish or Teak Oil) as per the manufacturers instructions, which will reduce problems which might arise from different weather conditions initially.
